Jr. HR Assistant – DubaiHeidelberg Materials Trading is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai.This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career HR professional who would like to develop their career within an international working environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring that records, documents, and administrative processes are handled accurately and confidentially.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee files, HR records, and related documentation.Monitor leave requests and attendance records and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
