Requirements
Requires a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 6 years of experience in Network/Systems security. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining security infrastructure, deploying configurations, administering security tools, implementing new security projects, and providing timely support for security-related incidents. The role also involves leading team members in assessing new infrastructure components, monitoring system security administration, reviewing installations and configurations, ensuring threat and vulnerability assessments are conducted, maintaining systems with the latest patches, resolving security problems and incidents, and producing management reports.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESManaging, Maintaining and on-going tuning of all security infrastructure components to ensure all protected services is running with the highest availability and performanceDeploy all related configurations and modifications on security infrastructure components according to the agreed standards, policies and proceduresMaintain and administrate all security software/hardware tools, and implement along with the vendor the new security projectsImplementing along with vendors the new security projects and the security related portion of the whole IT & Business projects.Providing support to business teams to solve the security related incidents timely manner and efficiently.Lead and judge his staff members in the assessment process of any new infrastructure components before deploy in the live systems to avoid any business impact.Monitor the team members during perform system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications and network security devices, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines.Review the team members in their installation and configuration management of security systems, including policy assessment and compliance tools, network security appliances and host-based security systems.Responsible on ensure that threat and vulnerability assessments done as per the plan, to ensure that systems are protected properly against any possible threats, free from vulnerabilities.Ensure that security systems are loaded with latest accepted patch levels wherever appropriate as per the direction of the Security Operations, remove or otherwise mitigate known control weaknesses, such as unnecessary services or applications or redundant user accounts, as a means of hardening systems in accordance with security policies and standards.Identify and resolve the security problems and Incidents may occur affecting the bank operations instantly.Record security incidents and event data to produce weekly management reports.Report unresolved network security exposures, misuse of resources or noncompliance situations using defined escalation processes.Assist and train senior & junior team members in the use of security tools, the preparation of security reports and the resolution of security issues.And any other assigned tasks.Minimum Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree6 years in Network/Systems security
