Operates within a consolidated engineering model where the engineer contributes across architecture, platform engineering, operations, security, cloud modernisation, project delivery, vendor governance, technology lifecycle management and continuous service improvement across multiple systems domains.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASAid with documenting and improving infrastructure systems architecture Maintain, monitor, update and secure infrastructure systems equipment and services Identify, diagnose and resolve systems-related incidents and problems Own and support backup governance, disaster recovery, business continuity, cloud, identity and hybrid platform operations Support ITIL governance, CMDB accuracy, knowledge sharing, vendor governance, procurement input, automation, project delivery and cross-functional collaboration Required EducationESSENTIAL EDUCATIONRelevant bachelor degree in computer science or ICT related field.
