Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Warehouse Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting warehouse inspections and ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards, GSDP requirements, SOPs, and internal procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine quality inspections across receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, quarantine, and returns areas.Verify compliance with established GSDP requirements, SOPs, and quality standards.Review and monitor temperature and humidity records and ensure appropriate storage conditions.Verify the proper implementation of FEFO/FIFO and product segregation requirements.Inspect warehouse housekeeping, pest control, safety, and hygiene conditions.Complete inspection checklists accurately and maintain appropriate documentation of findings.Identify, document, and report deviations and non-conformities, escalating critical findings to the Warehouse Quality Control Supervisor.Support investigations related to damaged products, temperature excursions, and warehouse incidents.Follow up on assigned Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).Maintain inspection and quality records in accordance with document control requirements.Participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.0–1 year of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong attention to detail and observation skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.Ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines.Basic understanding of quality standards and warehouse operations is an advantage.
