Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.2–5 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing Engineering is a plus.Strong interest in manufacturing and production processes.Basic understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.Knowledge or hands-on experience with injection molding machines and PLC-controlled systems is highly preferred.Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.Good organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and production engineering skills.Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Description
Support and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for electrical safety products.Monitor production processes and identify issues and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Analyze production data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process optimization and productivity improvement.Support initiatives to reduce waste, minimize downtime, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and smooth production operations.Prepare and maintain production process documentation, work instructions, and reports.Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.Support new product introductions by assisting in the development and validation of manufacturing processes.Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements, and production procedures.
