Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Engineering.• 0–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with multi-stage production processes.• At least 1 year of experience in a technical supervisory role on the shop floor.• Proven experience with sheet metal manufacturing processes including cutting, punching, bending, welding, and assembly.• Strong understanding of technical production parameters and manufacturing standards.• Experience in monitoring production operations and managing multi-shift teams.• Ability to coordinate effectively with Technical Office, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials departments.• Experience in analyzing operational KPIs and preparing technical reports.• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction projects.Technical Skills:• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and operational specifications.• Good understanding of sheet metal manufacturing sequence (Cutting – Bending – Welding – Assembly).• Knowledge of tolerances and dimensional accuracy requirements.• Familiarity with sheet metal waste reduction techniques and nesting optimization.• Knowledge of ERP and/or MES systems.
Description
We are looking for a Production Engineer with hands-on experience in sheet metal manufacturing operations to oversee production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between production departments.Working Hours:Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMWeekends: Friday & Saturday
