We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our team and lead our human resources and internal organization functions.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR professional to manage recruitment, enforce company policies, resolve employee-related issues, and represent the company before official authorities. The ideal candidate combines strong HR expertise with a solid understanding of the industrial/engineering business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.Develop, implement, and enforce company policies, procedures, and internal regulations.Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.Organize and improve internal company structure, workflows, and administrative systems.Represent the company before government bodies, labor offices, social insurance authorities, and relevant industrial/regulatory entities.Manage company accreditations, licenses, and official approvals with concerned authorities.Support performance management, training, and employee development programs.Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and industry regulations.Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
