Medical Assistant – Ophthalmology Clinic (Mohandeseen or New Cairo) About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at a eye center in New Cairo.This role is ideal for medical interns or graduates interested in Ophthalmology, offering hands-on clinical exposure in a professional, high-standard environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist doctors during clinics by accurately documenting patient data in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemSupport patient flow within the clinic (reception, directing patients, coordinating between clinic and investigation units)Prepare and print:PrescriptionsInvestigation requestsSurgical requestsDraft and type medical reportsAssist in basic patient workup and provide patient counseling when neededCollect and report patient feedback to enhance service qualityTranslate medical reports between Arabic and EnglishSupport overall clinic operations and report any issues when needed
