Job Description:
? Deliver 5-star breakfast service, welcoming guests professionally, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an attentive and personalized guest experience.
? Manage high-volume breakfast operations, including table setup, buffet readiness, table clearing and resetting, while maintaining fast and seamless service during peak periods.
? Maintain exceptional luxury hospitality standards, ensuring tables, service stations, cutlery, glassware and the overall dining area remain immaculate and properly presented.
? Coordinate closely with the kitchen, hostess team, supervisors and fellow waitstaff to manage guest requests, dietary requirements, service recovery and smooth table turnover.
