Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of working experience, preferably in a complex matrix model. They should possess strong consulting director capabilities, with a data-driven mindset and excellent financial and analytical experience, including an understanding of P/L. Essential skills include organizational abilities, project prioritization, strategic planning, leadership, communication at all levels, and proven experience in delivering complex consulting engagements. Experience in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and defining/executing transformation plans is also crucial. A preference for vertical understanding in manufacturing or finance is considered an asset.

The SDI Lead North West Europe is the local representative for SDI Europe, providing consolidated customers feedback on SVPs to the region and driving SVP adoption within the territory. This person is an integral part of the North West Europe Management team and interfaces directly with customers to drive business.The role is also charged with bringing value back to Orange Business within the cyber security scopePriority objectivesDevelop a local SDI strategy that aligns the local objectives and ambitions with the regional capabilities and direction, ensuring strategic integration with Orange Cyber Defense (OCD) offerings and expertise. Coordinate local activities related to Europe SDI business objectives Bridge any gap to each individual OCD country's business within territory, especially important for Finland where there is no OCD entity.
