Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Experience managing paid campaigns for e-commerce businesses is highly preferred.Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, and LTV.Ability to independently manage campaigns, budgets, testing, optimization, and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment.Strong communication and reporting skills.Preferred Experience:Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, TikTok Ads, and retargeting platforms is a plus.What We're Looking For:We're looking for someone who doesn't simply launch campaigns and wait for the numbers.We want a performance-driven freelancer who can look at the data, identify what's working and what's not, test new opportunities, and continuously improve campaign performance.

Media Buyer – Remote | E-commerce & GiftingWe are looking for an experienced Freelance Media Buyer to join our growing gifting business on a remote basis.Our business operates in the flowers, gifting, cakes, boxes, and celebrations space. We're looking for someone who understands performance marketing and e-commerce, ideally with experience in flowers, gifting, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or other occasion-driven businesses.What You'll DoPlan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.Manage campaigns with a strong focus on sales, conversions, ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth.Develop audience and retargeting strategies around different gifting occasions.Build campaigns for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, weddings, seasonal occasions, and promotions.Test audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and campaign structures.Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets based on results.Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.Work closely with the creative team to identify and develop high-performing ad concepts.Track customer acquisition and conversion performance across the funnel.Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to the management team.
