ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities	Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions. Financial business data analysis, P&L account analysis and other financial strategy improvement implementation. Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems. Implement and Monitor metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities. Supporting Operations Head in driving critical initiatives at a central level. Tracking of critical initiatives at a central level Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management visibility and review Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation. Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects. Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members Research and implement cost reduction opportunities. Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills. Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate or alter sales direction strategy.
