Each Rixos property presents a unique experience inspired by local culture, global influences, and our Turkish heritage, all within a setting of unparalleled luxury.Job DescriptionOversee the setup, configuration, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment, including microphones, projectors, video displays, sound systems, and video conferencing systems.Ensure all AV equipment is in good working condition and manage repairs or replacements as needed.Manage the AV inventory, keeping track of all equipment and ensuring proper storage and organization.Collaborate with event planners and other stakeholders to understand AV requirements for events and meetings.Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operation of AV systems.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during events.Supervise and manage the AV team , providing guidance, training, and support as needed.Plan and coordinate the setup of AV equipment for events and meetings.Ensure that all AV elements are aligned with the event's objectives and quality standards.Train AV technicians on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and train the team accordingly.Prepare and manage the AV department's budget.Maintain accurate records of AV operations, equipment usage, and maintenance schedules.Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage for all AV needs.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Develop and manage the AV department budget, including purchasing new equipment and managing maintenance costs.Work with vendors to procure AV equipment and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with AV service providers.Stay updated on the latest AV technology trends and best practices.Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of AV services.Ensure all AV operations comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations.Implement safety protocols for the handling and operation of AV equipment.Be fully aware of recreation's facilities, Evening programs and shows timings - conceptUsing S&L Eq's like; projection systems,visiual splitters, build truss construction, wireless microphones and setting up frequencies, use light desk, dmx addresses, programing light desk, connecting dmx splitter,managing the show.
