Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control, and quality management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Knowledge of construction standards and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
