Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, ideally within the construction industry. Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment. Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proficiency in project management processes, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Support project planning and scheduling activities to maximize efficiency and minimize risk. Assist the client to analyze and track the variations/claims approval process. Monitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and reporting findings to stakeholders. Assist in the development of project control systems, workflows, and documentation. Collaborate with project teams to identify deviations from plans and work on corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients on project status, cost, and schedule. Participate in risk management processes, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated. Foster communication between different project stakeholders to enhance project coordination.
