Requirements
Degree qualified in Mining, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in bulk explosives, emulsion manufacturing, MMU operations, or blasting services. Strong understanding of explosives legislation and safety management systems. Experience leading operational teams in mining, quarrying, or industrial environments. Customer-focused leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
