Arabian Explosives (AREX) | Ras Al Khaimah, UAEArabian Explosives (AREX) is introducing a new generation of emulsion explosives technology and is seeking an experienced MMU Manager to lead this exciting new business unit.Reporting to the Factory Manager, the MMU Manager will be responsible for the safe deployment, operation, and growth of our Mobile Manufacturing Unit (MMU) fleet, supporting mining and quarrying customers across the region.Key Responsibilities Lead all MMU operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of emulsion explosives to customer sites Manage MMU personnel, equipment, scheduling, and operational performance Develop strong relationships with mining and quarry customers Ensure compliance with explosives, transport, and safety regulations Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, customer service, and operational performance Support the introduction and expansion of AREX's bulk emulsion businessWhat We Are Looking For Degree qualified in Mining, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Extensive experience in bulk explosives, emulsion manufacturing, MMU operations, or blasting services Strong understanding of explosives legislation and safety management systems Experience leading operational teams in mining, quarrying, or industrial environments Customer-focused leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsThis is a rare opportunity to build and lead a new business capability while working with state-of-the-art explosives technology.#AX #SR #Mining
