Job DescriptionAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island:Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager to join the Gaming Credit & Collections team.ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Lead, supervise, and mentor the gaming credit and collections team. Ensure the understanding and application of effective credit policies and procedures to facilitate responsible extension of credit and minimize risk. Review and endorse gaming credit applications, ensuring thorough verification and assessment of guest creditworthiness. Monitor outstanding credit balances, prepare regular reports on credit status, risk exposure, and aging of accounts for management. Oversee negotiation of payment arrangements and settlements in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist the Assistant Director to escalate collection efforts, including coordination with legal counsel when necessary. Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Liaise with gaming operations, cage, finance, and legal teams to resolve credit issues and facilitate smooth workflow. Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data and sensitive information. Provide training and development opportunities for credit staff, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of credit team members. Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
