Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial control, and financial reporting within multinational or group company environments. Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations, VAT, corporate tax, and IFRS reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and executive reports for senior leadership.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities to maintain financial stability and operational efficiency.
Provide financial analysis, commercial insights, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee statutory audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and successful audit completion.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, corporate tax, and all regulatory and statutory obligations.
Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
Lead finance transformation, process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancements.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance, commercial support, and performance insights.
Mentor and develop finance team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
