With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.Manage a large cluster of dark storesEnsure Key output/input KPIs are met across dark stores in terms of:Customer ExperienceQuality ControlManaging and motivating a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and other on ground positions.Assist in resource planning / budgetingControl and Lead daily meetings ensuring consistency across operational teamsAttracting and recruiting the best talentWhat you'll need:Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar roleMinimum 6 years of experience in Q-commerce in a related fieldStrong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Who will excelWe're looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
