Requirements
Requires a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution, Board Certification or equivalent specialization in Intensive Care / Critical Care Medicine, and a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in ICU or critical care setting (post-specialization preferred). Must have strong proficiency in advanced airway management, life-support procedures, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and arterial lines. Excellent clinical judgment, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential. Eligibility for UAE medical licensing (MOHAP for Sharjah) is also required.

About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist in Intensive and Critical Care Medicine to join a leading healthcare facility in Sharjah.
