A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its high-acuity ICU, organ support and multidisciplinary critical care services and is seeking a highly skilled specialist critical care physician to join its growing clinical team. Role overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Manage critically ill medical, surgical, trauma and postoperative patients in ICU according to clinical scope.
Provide organ support including mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic management, renal support coordination and sepsis care.
Perform critical care procedures such as airway management, central venous access and invasive monitoring according to privileges.
Participate in multidisciplinary ICU rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacy and allied health teams.
Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding treatment plans, prognosis and goals of care.
Support ICU protocols, infection prevention, clinical audit, simulation training and quality improvement initiatives.
