Distribution Expansion & Availability* Analyze distribution gaps and identify opportunity outlets / regions to grow numeric and weighted distribution.* Coordinate with Sales to deploy initiatives and track execution to ensure physical availability.* Monitor distribution KPIs to secure alignment with business targets.2. Promotion Strategy Performance Management* Design trade promotions aligned with brand strategy and channel reality to ensure relevance and impact.* Monitor promotional effectiveness trends and evaluate uplift vs cost to drive ROI accountability.* Recommend optimization actions based on performance analytics to continuously improve results.3.
