The role has primary responsibility for managing and growing the preferred airline partnership with Emirates Skywards and the existing airline partnerships portfolio, while identifying, negotiating, launching, and growing new strategic partnerships across emerging verticals. The role will build and nurture strong relationships with partner organizations and key internal stakeholders, driving alignment, maximizing commercial and marketing opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of partnership objectives and contractual commitments. The incumbent will develop and execute partnership strategies, marketing activations, and commercial initiatives that drive Enterprise Partnerships KPIs, strengthen member engagement, grow loyalty program participation, and increase preference for Marriott brands and Marriott Bonvoy. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise & Financial Partnerships, MEA, based in Dubai, this position will work closely with Global Headquarters and the EMEA Continent Office, partnering with Loyalty, Global Partnerships, Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Brand, Communications, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver regional business objectives through effective partnership strategy, execution, commercialization, and performance management. Core work activities Existing partnership management & growth Manage and grow Marriott Bonvoy's existing Enterprise Partnerships portfolio across the MEA region, including the preferred airline partnership with Emirates Skywards and all other airline loyalty partners. Build and nurture strong partner and internal stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key partners and driving alignment on shared strategic, commercial, and marketing objectives. Develop a thorough understanding of partner businesses, objectives, strategies, contracts, and partnership obligations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance partnerships through new benefits, functionality, campaigns, and member value propositions that increase member engagement, commercial performance, and overall partnership value. New business development: launch and grow new partnerships Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across MEA that support Marriott Bonvoy's strategic objectives. Partner with the Director, Enterprise & Financial Partnerships and key stakeholders to build business cases, secure internal alignment, support negotiations and contract execution, and successfully launch new partnerships that drive member acquisition, engagement, revenue growth, and long-term enterprise value. Drive commercial and marketing performance Lead the planning and execution of partnership marketing campaigns, activations, and commercial initiatives, collaborating with partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, effective implementation, and compliance with Marriott Bonvoy brand standards. Manage the Enterprise Partnerships budget, ensuring effective allocation of partnership and marketing investments, raising purchase orders, monitoring spend, tracking invoices, and providing regular budget forecasts and updates to support business objectives. Work closely with Loyalty, Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Revenue Management, Analytics, Brand, Communications, Finance, Legal, and Global Partnerships teams to develop and execute partnership strategies and activation plans that support regional priorities.
