Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of related experience in Drilling/Workover Engineering and Operations, with previous experience with OPCOs preferred, ideally both offshore and office-based. Proficiency in drilling software (Landmark preferred) and experience in business planning for wells and drilling operations are essential. Proven track record of leading drilling teams is also required.

Job DescriptionJob PurposeSet and manage Lump sum turnkey campaign Scope of Work with all related activities and manage unconventional drilling and testing activities (UBD, MLT, and multi stage frac.)
