Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning , or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.Experience in CNC machinery, industrial equipment, machinery manufacturing, metalworking, or engineering manufacturing is highly preferred.Strong understanding of Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and Production Scheduling.Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems; experience with Odoo is an advantage.Very good command of Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Good command of English is preferred.Work Location10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia, Egypt
Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain production plans and schedules based on customer demand, sales requirements, production capacity, and material availability.Prepare detailed production schedules and follow up on their execution to ensure adherence to planned targets.Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth production flow.Review BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure the availability of required materials and components according to production requirements.Monitor material and component availability and identify potential shortages that may affect production schedules.Follow up with Procurement and Warehouse teams on purchase orders, incoming materials, stock levels, and material availability.Monitor production progress against the approved plan and identify delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.Take corrective actions and escalate potential risks that may affect production targets and customer delivery dates.Coordinate with Engineering regarding BOM changes, engineering revisions, and new product requirements.Support production capacity planning and identify resource and capacity constraints.Maintain accurate planning data and relevant ERP/MRP master data.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production planning reports and KPIs.Monitor key planning indicators, including Production Plan Adherence, Production Delays, Material Availability, Shortages, and On-Time Delivery.Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy, production efficiency, material availability, and delivery performance.
