Description
Ensure the issuing of project schedule whether in tender or construction phase with the most appropriate planning methodology. Monitor the project progress to assure that the project progress complies with the estimated base line schedule to ensure and align that all the projects’ planning process are implemented based on the planning procedures. Deliver a complete suite of cost-control services and financial support for projects. Ensures the use of the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles and responsibilities and ensuring the adherence to the safety, environmental, financial, business and project guidelines. Handling all different multiple projects for the company regarding all the engineering planning activities. Review, develop the baseline schedule/recovery/ Tender schedule and assign the project resources in details as well as the costs & Cash flow.Review summary report and any prepared data issued by the Planning Engineer necessary to develop the project’s schedule. Produces Plans, Programmers and Projects, controls information, sets the performance baselinesMonitors project performance against performance baselinesRecommends, enables and controls future actions of consultants and contractorsUnderstands and works within contractual frameworksReports internally and to clientsCan work across multiple projects simultaneouslyDuties and Responsibilities:Review and understand all relevant project documents and conditionsDevelop in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client, a suitable work breakdown structure for the projectEstablish and communicate cost and schedule baselines.Review overall project status with the Project team.Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared in accordance with the Project Control Manual
