Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an Architectural/Civil Draftsman. Mandatory experience in building construction and fit-out projects. Strong experience in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, or high-end building projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings. Strong coordination skills with engineering and site teams. Good knowledge of construction details, materials, and finishing works. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Architectural & Civil Draftsman with strong experience in building construction and fit-out projects, particularly 5-star hotels and luxury hospitality developments.
