Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draftsman. Previous experience within real estate development, architectural consultancy, or construction projects is preferred. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Good working knowledge of Revit is highly preferred. Familiarity with BIM coordination and architectural documentation standards is an advantage. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings, materials, and building systems. Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams. Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage.

Architecture DraftsmanLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Real Estate DevelopmentA leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Architecture Draftsman to join its Architecture and Design team in Riyadh.
