Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related discipline. Ideally 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience in compensation, benefits or rewards governance, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of HR, compensation, benefits and policy governance practices, with sound understanding of Egypt labour and statutory requirements. Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, assess cost and policy implications, and convert insights into practical recommendations. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage business leaders, People teams, vendors and Group stakeholders on sensitive reward matters. Experience managing benefits vendors, consultants or survey providers, including renewals, service reviews, issue resolution and implementation of approved changes. Proficiency in HR systems, Excel and data analysis, with the ability to manage confidential employee data accurately and produce clear reports for decision-making. High degree of confidentiality, judgment and governance discipline when handling compensation, benefits and employee-related information.

Job PurposeManage the review, implementation and ongoing administration of compensation, benefits and related people policies for Egypt, under guidance from Group Rewards, ensuring market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness and alignment with Group Rewards frameworks.Key Result AreasManage the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and rewards processes and systems for Egypt, ensuring timely execution, data accuracy, stakeholder readiness and alignment with Group standards, under guidance from Group Rewards.Lead Egypt market benchmarking and external intelligence gathering through banks, consultants and survey providers; translate market trends, statutory developments and competitive insights into actionable recommendations for compensation, benefits and policy decisions, under guidance from Group Rewards.Review and recommend Egypt benefits policies and programmes under guidance from Group Rewards, ensuring market competitiveness, cost effectiveness, employee relevance and compliance with applicable labour and regulatory requirements.Ensure Egypt compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable labour law, social insurance, tax, regulatory and internal governance requirements, escalating risks and recommending corrective actions where required.Manage Egypt benefits operations, including medical renewals, vendor coordination, employee communication, claims and escalation oversight, cost monitoring and service quality review.Coordinate with the Job Evaluation and Group Rewards teams on Egypt job evaluations, supporting role documentation quality, timely completion, and alignment with approved grading, titling and organisational governance standards.Own the periodic review and maintenance of the Egypt People Manual, ensuring policies remain current, approved, legally compliant, operationally clear and aligned with Group policy principles.Develop, maintain and periodically review Standard Operating Procedures for Egypt Rewards processes, ensuring clear controls, maker-checker responsibilities, audit readiness and continuity of operations.Work with Employee Experience, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to implement approved Egypt benefits changes, including communication, system updates, operational readiness and post-implementation issue resolution.Act as the Egypt Rewards subject matter expert for business leaders and People teams, advising on compensation actions, benefits interpretation, policy application, market positioning and employee reward-related matters, under guidance from Group Rewards.Prepare and analyse Egypt Rewards data, cost impact assessments, benefits utilisation insights, pay movement trends and management reports to support evidence-based decision-making and governance reviews.Support and coordinate Egypt annual compensation review, bonus and salary planning activities, including data validation, budget tracking, stakeholder coordination, exception review and implementation follow-up, under guidance from Group Rewards.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related discipline.Ideally 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience in compensation, benefits or rewards governance, preferably within banking or financial services.Strong knowledge of HR, compensation, benefits and policy governance practices, with sound understanding of Egypt labour and statutory requirements.Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, assess cost and policy implications, and convert insights into practical recommendations.Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage business leaders, People teams, vendors and Group stakeholders on sensitive reward matters.Experience managing benefits vendors, consultants or survey providers, including renewals, service reviews, issue resolution and implementation of approved changes.Proficiency in HR systems, Excel and data analysis, with the ability to manage confidential employee data accurately and produce clear reports for decision-making.High degree of confidentiality, judgment and governance discipline when handling compensation, benefits and employee-related information.
