Requirements
Requires 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years leading engineering teams, including hiring and growing engineers. Must have direct experience building or operating online stock trading, brokerage, or capital markets systems, specifically order management, execution, market data, or settlement systems. Strong working fluency in trading domain concepts and hands-on technical judgment for architecture and correctness/latency tradeoffs in TypeScript, Go, Postgres, and AWS/private cloud environments. Experience with compliance and risk in regulated financial products is also required.

You will build and lead the engineering team behind new online stock trading product, from zero to launch and beyond. This is a founding engineering leadership role on a greenfield product in a domain where correctness is not negotiable: orders, positions, and money must be right every time, under latency and market-hours pressure.
