Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in engineering/maintenance in manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Experience in can manufacturing or high-speed production lines is preferred. Strong background in maintenance, reliability, engineering systems, preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, budgeting, cost control, project management, CAPEX planning, spare parts/inventory optimization, and manufacturing systems. Must possess strong leadership, team development, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
