We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager based in Doha to drive strategic market growth and oversee construction projects for Nebras Energy across the GCC, EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions. You will lead business development initiatives, manage full-scale construction project pipelines, evaluate technical feasibility, and build key partnerships with developers and government bodies to secure high-value energy and water assets.About the RoleManage business development activities globally (Qatar, EMEA, Americas, APAC) to identify and secure new power and water asset opportunities.Coordinate and supervise all site construction activities in collaboration with the Head of Construction, ensuring projects are on time, within design specifications, and within budget.Provide weekly construction progress updates, strategic plans, technical analyses, and financial impact reports directly to the Chief Business Development OfficerLead contract and technical negotiations with contractors, developers, and purchasers for joint-venture projects.Review EPC contractor progress reports, highlight major issues, and conduct deep qualitative and quantitative market trends research.Present comprehensive technical feasibility analyses, highlight project risks, and partner with M&A and Finance teams to validate financial viability.Develop and implement department strategies, oversee the annual sectional budget, and monitor financial performance versus variances.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics (Mandatory).Minimum 8 years of corporate growth and asset development experience within large global companies.Deep understanding of the power, energy, water utilities sectors, and construction capabilities (Mandatory).At least 3 years of proven experience in positions with leadership and department management responsibilities.Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills for senior executives and multi-cultural teams.English proficiency (Mandatory), while Arabic is a significant plus.Strong understanding of Qatar, GCC, and major global geographic market business cultures.What We OfferWe offer a full-time, stable employment contract.Full assistance throughout the entire visa and mobilization process.We cover the initial flight to Qatar for you and your family.Annual flights for self and family (up to 3 children to age 18).Education allowance (up to 3 children to age 18).Medical Health Insurance for self, spouse and up to 3 children to age 18.Life Insurance for self only.Annual Performance Related bonus.End of Service Gratuity.Take real ownership of project pipelines driving Qatar's utility sector and global footprint.
