Requirements
-7–10 years of experience in HR, with proven experience in the same HR Business Partner role.- Previous experience in Real Estate Development is a must.- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employee relations.- Ability to partner with business leaders and provide effective HR solutions.- Strong experience in performance management, workforce planning, and talent management.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational needs.-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
