Description
Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location Dubai, UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Marketing, Advertising & PR Company Industry Marketing, Advertising & PR Purpose of the role Janus Digital™ is building its global marketing function from a small base, and this role is central to making it scale. It exists to turn marketing strategy into shipped work at pace: producing and localising the assets each market needs, running the day-to-day marketing operations underneath them, and building the automation that makes the whole engine repeatable rather than manual. The role is deliberately a hybrid. It is not a traditional marketing executive and it is not an engineering role. It is a marketer who is comfortable in tooling, automation and AI, who sits wholly within marketing and works closely with the AI Office, and who does the hands-on execution a fast-moving function needs done every week. Reporting and location Reports to: Head of Marketing & Growth. Works closely with: the AI software engineering team, the product and technology teams, the country commercial teams, and the People and talent acquisition team. Location: Dubai, UAE. Office-based five days a week. Standard hours are 09:00 to 18:00 with an hour for lunch. Requirements What the role does Campaign and content delivery (roughly 40%) Produce and ship marketing assets: leave-behind and send-ahead packs, market landing pages, decks, social posts, short video cuts and email sends. Own the production queue: version control, sign-off tracking, and getting work out of draft and into market. Adapt core assets for local markets (Singapore and the UK first, then the next launch markets), working from the global source material rather than rebuilding it. Marketing operations and website (roughly 25%) Day-to-day website updates, publishing and QA across the Janus Digital sites, including the per-market pages. Keep the martech stack clean and usable: CRM hygiene, list management, tracking, UTMs, analytics tags, form and consent plumbing. Reporting: campaign and channel performance, pipeline contribution, and a weekly and monthly view that anyone can read without a briefing. Marketing engineering and AI (roughly 25%) Build and maintain the agentic workflows that make the campaign engine repeatable: content adaptation, list building and enrichment, reporting pulls, publishing pipelines. Prototype rather than specify in the abstract. Where a script, a query or an agent will answer the question faster than a vendor, build it. Work with the AI Office engineering team to specify, test and deploy marketing agentic. Write clear requirements, run the testing, and own the marketing side of every build through to live. Events and programme support (roughly 10%) Practical support on roundtables, webinars, other events and marketing activations and programmes: invite tracking, collateral production, print and supplier coordination, and on-the-day logistics, working with country office managers where appropriate. Support the internship and certification programmes as they stand up, including onboarding and buddying incoming interns. What we are looking for Must-haves Genuine interest in marketing as a craft, not just as technology. This is a marketing role. Fluent, confident use of AI tools (for example Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, ChatGPT and Codex). Able to show work built with them, and the demonstrable learnings that came out of it. Project management skills and highly organised: clear written updates, dependencies tracked, nothing dropped silently. Strong written English and a sharp eye for detail in published work. Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where plans change. Nice-to-haves 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, technology services, real estate, infrastructure or financial services. Comfort with code: some Python, JavaScript or similar. Self-taught counts. A computer science degree is not required and an engineering background is not what we are hiring for. Hands-on familiarity with a CMS, a CRM and an analytics platform in a working environment rather than a course. Data handling: spreadsheets to a genuinely useful standard. SQL is a bonus. Basic video, design or motion skills (Canva, Premiere, Figma or similar). How the role will be measured Marketing output shipped: volume, quality, speed from brief to published, and the commercial impact of the work. Recurring manual tasks removed, and hours returned to the function. Data quality in the CRM and reliability of the reporting. Event and launch delivery on date and on standard, without escalation.
