We provide strategic advice, raise capital, manage risk, and extend liquidity in markets around the world.

As part of the Payments Operations Execution team at the Buenos Aires Corporate Center (BACC), you will be a key player in supporting and executing operations for our LATAM branches (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina). Your mission is to ensure that daily operations run smoothly, identifying and resolving potential issues based on agreed SLAs.

 

What you’ll do (impact and day-to-day)

 

  • Execute and control end-to-end daily payment routines, meeting SLAs.
  • Manage reference data: account setup, closure, maintenance; block/unblock accounts.
  • Monitor and reconcile payments and balances; troubleshoot and escalate exceptions as needed.
  • Produce and analyze periodic metrics and reports to surface performance and opportunities.
  • Keep SOPs updated; map “as-is” 
  • Partner closely with Product, Implementation, Customer Service, Sales, and other Operations on client requests.
  • Propose process improvements focused on efficiency, control, and client experience.

 

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

  • Advanced student or graduate in Business, Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 2+ years’ experience in payments operations or related functions (Payments, Collections, Reconciliation, Tax, Control).
  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel) and operational data handling.

 

Nice to have

  • Portuguese (interaction with Brazil).
  • Experience with SOPs, process mapping, or continuous improvement .
  • Familiarity with reconciliations, queue monitoring, and ticketing tools
