And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:
Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined.
Work closely with other Operational internal teams and infrastructure groups to support a ‘one team approach’. Partner with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficiently.
Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved with a client-oriented focus.
Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from internal/external clients as well as internal teams.
Complete projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy client and business needs.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day operational client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution by coordinating with relevant internal teams as necessary.
