About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially driven leader to shape and grow Gulftainer's strategic customer partnerships across the UAE and Iraq, two critical markets in our regional and global network.This role sits at the heart of how we engage with Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs) and International Freight Forwarders (IFFs), strengthening relationships that drive trade flow, terminal performance, and long-term value creation.What you will leadDefine and drive the customer partnership strategy for BCO and IFF segments across UAE & IraqBuild and grow high-value strategic accounts, increasing throughput, terminal utilization, and sustainable revenue contributionDevelop deep, trusted relationships with global shippers, freight forwarders, and supply chain decision-makersLead commercial engagement for key accounts, including negotiations, solution design, and tailored partnership structuresShape vertical-specific strategies across Automotive, FMCG, Retail, Food & other priority sectorsPartner closely with operations, planning, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of customer solutionsDevelop and scale value-added services (VAS) and integrated offerings to enhance customer stickiness and growthRepresent Gulftainer in industry forums and strategic engagements across regional and global marketsWhat we are looking forA commercially strong leader with deep experience in ports, terminals, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain ecosystems, with a proven ability to build and grow strategic customer relationships across complex trade environments.
