Requirements
Must hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent. A Masters or equivalent qualification is desirable. Proven experience of teaching Early Years is required, along with a willingness to collaborate, a growth mindset, and a creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to work with colleagues, students, and parents. A proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching, and a willingness to contribute positively to the school community are essential.
