Through our structured 6-month accelerated talent development program, you will gain hands-on experience in database management, system troubleshooting, networking, and domain-specific healthcare workflows.Who Can ApplyFresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).Basic knowledge of Windows Server, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, and ports.Basic understanding of IIS, web applications, APIs, or system integrations is an advantage.Knowledge of Healthcare IT concepts (HIS, RIS, PACS, HL7, or DICOM) is a plus, but not mandatory.What You Will LearnDatabase & Systems: SQL Server troubleshooting, Windows Server management, and IIS configuration.Domain & Integrations: Healthcare workflows, RIS / PACS concepts, and HL7 / DICOM system integrations.Operations: Application/production troubleshooting, incident and ticket management, and escalation protocols.Professional Growth: Customer communication, support best practices, and technical documentation.Career OpportunityHigh-performing trainees will be evaluated throughout the 6-month period and may be considered for permanent employment opportunities based on performance, evaluation results, and available vacancies.
