In this role, you will work closely with healthcare clients to deploy, configure, and support specialized healthcare software systems. Through our structured 6-month talent development pipeline, you will gain real-world experience at customer sites, learning end-to-end clinical workflows and technical deployment strategies.Who Can ApplyFresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.Basic understanding of SQL and relational database management.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.High willingness to learn healthcare systems and work directly on-site at customer locations.Prior exposure to Healthcare IT concepts is an advantage, but not mandatory.What You Will Learn & DoDeployment & Setup: Assist in installing, configuring, and testing software solutions on-site and remotely.Database & Integrations: Apply basic SQL to system setup, data verification, and workflow configuration.Client Engagement: Work closely with end-users at customer sites, providing initial guidance and gathering requirements.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve application deployment issues in real time.Career OpportunityTrainees will be evaluated monthly through clear performance metrics.
