Job SummaryThe Senior Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that support the growth, sustainability, and impact of the organization's programs and platforms.The role will focus on building relationships with corporations, universities, government entities, development organizations, and community stakeholders to secure, sponsorships, and collaborative opportunities that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipsIdentify and establish partnerships with corporations, universities, government entities, and development organizations.Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.Develop partnership opportunities that create mutual value for all parties.Coordinate and participate in partnership meetings, presentations, and negotiations.Support the development and execution of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements.SponsorshipResearch and identify opportunities, grants, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives.Develop sponsorship packages and proposals.Approach potential sponsors to secure financial and in-kind support.Build and maintain a pipeline of sponsorship opportunities.Track sponsorship performance and partnership commitments.Business Development & Market ResearchConduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and growth sectors.Analyze industry trends, CSR initiatives, and community engagement programs.Identify new revenue streams and collaboration opportunities.Monitor competitor and market activities related to partnerships and sponsorships.Community & Stakeholder EngagementRepresent the organization in external events, conferences, networking sessions, and industry forums.Support the planning and execution of community engagement initiatives.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Coordinate awareness and outreach campaigns with internal teams.Proposal & Documentation ManagementPrepare partnership proposals, sponsorship proposals, presentations, concept notes, and reports.Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to support partnership initiatives.Maintain accurate records of partnerships and sponsorships activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sponsorship management, CSR, or stakeholder engagement.Experience working with universities, government entities, or corporate partners is preferred.Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong proposal writing and relationship management capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
