Job Title: Master Data Management SpecialistDepartment: ITEmployment Type: Full-Time (On-site)Location: 10th of RamadanLevel: JuniorJob SummaryResponsible for creating, maintaining, validating, and governing master data across the organization to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. This role supports business operations by managing master data related to materials, customers, vendors, products, pricing, and organizational structures while ensuring compliance with data governance standards and ERP requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, update, and validate master data within the ERP system.Manage Material Master, Item Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Product Master, Pricing Master, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).Review and verify all master data creation and modification requests prior to implementation.Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across all systems.Monitor, reconcile, and eliminate duplicate or inaccurate master data records.Maintain data classification, coding structures, and naming conventions according to organizational standards.Coordinate across Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Planning, Sales, Finance, and IT departments for accurate data alignment.Support new product launches by creating necessary master data records and system configurations.Perform periodic data cleansing and generate reports regarding master data quality and accuracy.Support ERP implementation, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements related to master data.Troubleshoot and resolve master data issues affecting business operations while ensuring compliance with data governance procedures.Maintain documentation for all master data requests and approvals.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science.Experience: 1 to 3 years of equivalent work experience.Industry Focus: Manufacturing background preferred.Nationality: Egyptian.
