Experience operating on the management side of a structured institution, with sufficient seniority and executive presence to engage credibly with C-level leaders, is also required.

Fractional Head of Strategy 4-Month Engagement - Immediate startA founder-led financial services group is seeking a highly experienced strategy executive to support a group-wide corporate strategy cycle running from September to December.This is not a traditional consulting engagement. The business is not seeking a consultancy firm, external strategy authors, or implementation partners. The strategy will be developed internally by the executive leadership team.
