Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

Experience

  • 8–12 years of IT project/program management experience.

  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent technology and business transformation initiatives.

  • Experience establishing or running PMO governance, project controls, and portfolio reporting.

  • Experience in diversified business environments is preferred, especially Real Estate, Construction / Contracting,

Facilities Management, Retail, and Hospitality.

Preferred Technology Experience

  • ERP platforms: SAP S/4HANA and Yardi Voyager.

  • Procurement and HCM platforms: SAP Ariba and SAP SuccessFactors.

  • CRM and customer platforms: Salesforce CRM and related integrations.

  • Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Power BI.

  • IT service management platforms: ManageEngine, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

  • System integration, workflow automation, document management, analytics, and cloud/infrastructure transformation projects.


  • Preferred Certifications

    • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum Certification, and ITIL Foundation are preferred.


A hands-on, structured, and highly organized professional capable of operating independently as a one-person PMO, managing a broad portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives while engaging senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners. Experience with SAP, Yardi, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Ariba, service management platforms, and integrations will be a strong advantage.
