Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline. Minimum seven years of relevant tendering and proposal-management experience, preferably in automotive, vehicle conversion, defence, industrial manufacturing, or engineered solutions. Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional proposal workstreams. Strong knowledge of tender compliance, solution structuring, commercial costing, contract requirements, risk management, and cash-flow considerations. Excellent proposal writing, editing, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using tender portals, document-management systems, project trackers, and CRM platforms. High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to perform effectively under demanding submission deadlines. APMP, project-management, or contract-management certification is an advantage. Willingness to undertake occasional travel within the UAE and GCC.

About the roleSandstorm Motor Vehicles Manufacturing LLC is seeking an experienced Tendering & Proposals Specialist to manage the preparation and submission of high-quality technical and commercial proposals for automotive, vehicle-conversion and engineered mobility opportunities.This is a senior individual-contributor role requiring strong coordination across Commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Aftersales, Finance and other stakeholders.
