Description
Reports to: Senior Director, External RelationsPurpose:To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the External Relations Office at the Onsi Sawiris School of Business. Support the implementation of school-wide strategic initiatives by managing data, maintaining partner databases, and conducting research on potential partners. Additionally, administers the School's digital content, coordinates logistics for external vendors and visiting professorships, and serves as a key liaison to ensure effective communication flow between the School and its diverse external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Data Management & Support: Assemble, organize, and analyze data from different stakeholders to support the School of Business's strategic planning process. Maintain and update the external relations database, ensuring accuracy of partner information. Conduct research to identify new potential corporate and academic partners for the School. Update critical School resources and publications, including presentations, statistical reports, and alumni reports, ensuring adherence to set timelines.Communications, Content & Branding: Plan and develop web content in alignment with AUC content guidelines and the Onsi Sawiris School of Business brand identity. Coordinate the communication flow with external vendors, institutions, and corporate partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of joint projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to follow up on tasks and projects initiated by the External Relations function.Administrative Operations: Write professional reports and record/transcribe minutes of meetings to ensure proper documentation of decisions. Provide logistical support for approximately 5 visiting professorships and 5 major activities annually.Requirements:Minimum Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Mass Communication, or Social Science is required.Experience:A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience.Skills:Communication: Strong command of English; excellent oral and written communication skills are of the highest priority.Interpersonal: Excellent ability to work with diverse groups and organizations (internal and external) with professionalism.Organizational: Ability to multitask with minimal supervision and handle a heavy workload.Technical: Strong computer skills (Excel, Word); ability to manage databases.Soft Skills: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service.This position is open until September 6, 2026Placement is based on the candidate's experience and skills.
