Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
Typically 7–10 years of project-management or project-delivery experience, including responsibility for complex cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated experience across the full Project Development Life Cycle, from concept and business-case development through implementation and closure.
Experience coordinating business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, security, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
Experience preparing project plans, governance submissions, management reports, and executive-level presentations.
Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
Experience within banking, financial services, technology, consulting, or another regulated environment is preferred.
Professional Certifications – Preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification.
Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent delivery certification.
Change-management certification would be advantageous.
ITIL or related service-management knowledge would be beneficial.
