Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, along with professional certifications like PMP, Siemens Certified Project Manager, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-SP, NEBOSH, or IOSH. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in power distribution, protection, and automation systems is required, with at least 5 years in project management. Proven experience in MV/LV switchgear, protection and automation projects, and managing projects in various sectors (utility, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, water, oil & gas, energy) is essential. Experience in customer service, retrofit, and modernization projects is highly preferred.

Project Manager – CS ProjectsBusiness Unit: Smart Infrastructure (SI)Organization: Electrification & Automation (EA)Department: Customer Services (CS)Location: Qatar / Assigned TerritoryPosition SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and successful execution of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) switchgear, protection systems, Substation Automation Systems (SAS), and Digital Power projects within the Customer Services (CS) business.The role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
