Description
We're looking for a Business Setup Advisor with an existing network in the business setup / PRO services space to grow our business through B2B partnerships. You'll bring and build relationships with document clearing centres, PRO service providers, small accounting/audit firms, real estate brokers, and other complementary businesses to create a consistent referral pipeline while also directly advising and converting clients from these leads.What You'll Do: Leverage your existing contacts and identify new B2B partnership opportunities to generate a steady lead pipelineBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner businesses (document clearing, PRO firms, small consultancies, brokers, etc.) Advise clients on optimal business setup, licensing, and visa options based on their needs Represent Richman Associate at networking events and business communities to expand our partner network Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on referred leads through to conversion Maintain accurate records of partner activity, leads, and conversions Stay updated on UAE free zone/mainland regulations, licensing, and visa procedures to advise both partners and clients confidentlyWhat We're Looking For: Proven experience in B2B sales within business setup, PRO services, document clearing, or a closely related UAE consultancy field An existing network of contacts in this space that you can bring and activate quicklyTrack record of generating business through partnerships/referrals, not just direct client acquisition Comfortable working toward sales targets with a commission-linked structure Solid understanding of UAE company formation, licensing, and visa processes Self-driven, field-based — this role is relationship-heavy, not desk-boundArabic/Hindi/Urdu a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive base + attractive commission on partner-driven and direct businessDirect exposure to UAE's business setup ecosystemGrowth path into a senior partnerships/BD role as the network scales
