Requirements
7–10 years of proven experience in commercial leadership, business development, sales, or a similar senior commercial role.Strong experience within Dubai/UAE real estate, preferably luxury or ultra-luxury real estate.Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities and make data-driven decisions.Established network of UHNWIs, investors, developers, family offices, or strategic real estate stakeholders is highly desirable.Demonstrated experience in negotiating high-value commercial agreements and partnerships.Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
